Hi, I’m Yasi! I’m a Toronto-based yoga, meditation, and pranayama instructor, certified through a 200-hour training at House of OM in Rishikesh. I’m passionate about helping people move, breathe, and feel better—on and off the mat. Whether I’m guiding a strong flow or a grounding meditation, I focus on creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels safe to show up as they are and tune in to what they need. I believe in the power of community, intentional movement, and breath to support holistic well-being.
