About the Soulcation
A Soulcation is a mindful travel experience created by A-Way. It combines daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, chef-prepared meals, and intentional free time in a carefully chosen destination. Hosted by Yasi, a certified yoga and meditation instructor based in Toronto.

What to Expect

Morning Movement
Each day starts with yoga, breathwork, or meditation — guided, gentle, and designed for every level.

Nourishing Meals
Chef-prepared, locally sourced, food that tastes as good as it makes you feel. Every bite intentional.

Intentional Free Time
No agenda. No pressure. Just space to rest, wander, journal, or simply breathe.

Evening Gathering
End your day with a shared dinner, connection, and stargazing after dark.

Optional Activities
Add-on kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, forest bathing, massage, bodywork treatments or foraging experiences.

The Setting
Maple Lake (Algonquin Highlands) in September is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
The Stay
Private cedar-clad cabin suites designed by an internationally acclaimed studio, each with its own private deck, large picture windows, skylights for stargazing, and a window seat that looks out onto the forest or the lake. Modern, minimal, and deeply comfortable.
Every window frames a view that will stop you mid-sentence.
15 private cabin suites, either forest-facing or lakeside, all designed to keep your focus exactly where it belongs: on yourself and your surroundings.
