Join me in Serenev studio for a variety of group classes—from energizing full-body flows to grounding, breath-led sequences. Each class blends strength, softness, and thoughtful alignment cues, creating space to move with awareness and intention. All levels welcome.

Looking for something more personal? Private 1:1 classes are tailored to your goals, experience, and energy that day. Whether you're working on specific postures, recovering from injury, or seeking a deeper connection to your practice, this is your time—fully customized and held with care.

Outdoor Yoga in the Park
Seasonally offered in some of Toronto’s most beautiful parks, these classes invite you to move and breathe with nature. Surrounded by trees, sunlight, and birdsong, outdoor yoga brings a fresh energy to the practice—and a beautiful sense of community.
