Service Description
Private yoga sessions are a powerful way to deepen your practice, connect with your body, and move with intention—on your own schedule and in a way that’s completely personalized to you. Whether you're new to yoga, working with an injury, seeking accountability, or simply craving one-on-one support, my private sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to explore your practice with confidence and care. Together, we’ll co-create a customized flow that supports your physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Each session can include breathwork, meditation, intentional movement, and guided rest. We’ll move at your pace, and each class will evolve based on how you’re feeling and what you’re working toward—whether it’s building strength, improving flexibility, calming the mind, or finding more balance in your life. My approach blends grounding presence with creative sequencing and functional movement. I incorporate a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Core Awakening techniques—offering adjustments and modifications to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. These sessions are also a beautiful gift to yourself if you're navigating change, recovering from burnout, or reconnecting with your body after time away from the mat. You’ll be guided with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your journey. Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups. You can choose to practice in-person (in Toronto), outdoors when weather permits, or virtually from anywhere in the world.
