The Retreat Vibe
📵 Digital Detox
This weekend is about tuning out the noise and turning inward. We invite you to unplug from social media and limit screen time to fully experience the magic of this space and the connections you'll form.
🌿 Clear & Grounded Energy
We ask that you refrain from drugs and alcohol during the retreat. Let's keep the energy clear, grounded, and connected so everyone can experience the depth this weekend has to offer.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How many people will be at the retreat?
We keep our retreats small and intimate, with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 12. This size ensures a cozy, connected experience, allowing us to create meaningful connections and maintain a sense of community.
2. Where is the retreat located?
Our November retreat will take place at a stunning luxury farmhouse in Prince Edward County. Set on over a dozen acres of peaceful land—with open wheat fields, a private forest trail, and secluded waterfront—it’s the perfect escape from the city.
You'll have space to breathe, move, and explore, surrounded by nature’s quiet beauty. The exact address and directions will be shared with confirmed guests closer to the retreat date.
3. What about the food?
We take great care to provide delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals and snacks. Before the retreat, we’ll send a survey to gather information about any dietary restrictions or allergies, and our menu will be adjusted to meet your needs. Your well-being is our top priority!
4. Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork?
Not at all! Our retreat is designed to be welcoming for all levels—whether it’s your first time or you’ve been practicing for years. We’ll guide you through every session, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
5. What other activities will we do?
In addition to daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork, we offer a range of mindful and creative experiences designed to help you relax, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, nature, and others.
Activities may vary depending on the location, but could include nature walks, journaling workshops, guided rituals, or simple moments of stillness by the water or fire.
We always tune into the energy of the group and go with the flow—nothing is ever mandatory. This is your time to slow down, recharge, and engage in whatever feels most nourishing to you.
6. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo, and it’s a beautiful way to meet like-minded people in a supportive and welcoming environment. You’ll feel part of the community right away.
7. Can I book a retreat for just my group?
Yes! If you’re part of a group of at least 4 people, we’d be thrilled to host a private retreat just for you. We can tailor the retreat to meet your group’s specific preferences, from the location and schedule to the meals and activities. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll coordinate the perfect getaway for your group.
8. What happens after I add my name to the registration form?
Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a follow-up email with the next steps. This includes more retreat details, pricing, and a link to schedule a short introductory call. These calls help us get to know you and ensure the group vibe aligns with the intentions of the retreat. No payment is required at this stage—just your interest and an open heart.
