About the event
The Truth About January
January tells us to push. Set goals. Make plans. Hit the ground running.
But what if you're already exhausted?
What if you started 2026 feeling like you never stopped in 2025?
What if the best thing you could do for your year is to pause first?
The Invitation
This retreat is permission to rest. Not collapse on the couch rest. Not guilty rest. Rest that brings clarity. Rest that reconnects you with yourself. Rest that makes everything that comes after feel possible.
Winter is nature’s reset. Before the momentum of spring arrives, give yourself time to:
Rest deeply as a strategy, not an escape
Reflect honestly on what is working and what is not
Realign fully with your true priorities before the year gains speed
The Journey
Across 3 days, you will move through our 5 stage process, adapted for the slower, more introspective energy of winter.
🌱 Ground Arrive in your body. Release the weight of last year. Become present.
✨ Awaken Reconnect with your energy gently. No pressure. Just clarity.
🌟 Envision Dream what wants to emerge. Create your vision from rest, not urgency.
🧭 Align Explore whether that vision truly reflects your values. Name what is yours.
🔄 Integrate Anchor your discoveries into daily life with simple and sustainable practices.
What Makes This Different
We will not add more to your plate. We help you see what deserves to stay.
We do not focus on hustle. We focus on alignment. Aligned action creates momentum. Unaligned action creates burnout.
We do not push you forward. We help you understand where forward truly is for you.
This is strategic rest. Intentional pause. Clarity before movement.
